Purchase: we’ve purchased our raw materials not only from Vietnam but also from other countries worldwide on the basis of our safety standard, such as cod fish, yellow tail, red rock fish, herring, halibut, pollack, salmon, shrimp, herring roe, pacific saury, frozen vegetables etc. from Russia, Taiwan, Japan, Germany, Iceland, Chilly, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand etc. Because of our factory close to Danang fishing port, we could purchase daily multi- types of fresh sea products from fisherman as well as other nearby fishing areas.

Sales: Our products’ve been sold directly to international markets such as Japan, Korea, UE, USA, Hong Kong, Australia and Vietnamese domestic markets through our agencies (Mayumi Shokuhin Co., Ltd., V&V Co., Ltd. in Hochiminh). Our products are present at supermarket chains such as Big C, Metro, Mini Mart, Lotte Mart etc. and hotel chains, catering services, restaurants, wedding palaces, etc. anywhere in Vietnam under the brand name of Mayumi.

Our company is one member of Daiichi Chinmi group, who is our only investor. This group has 4 factories in the world in connection to create premium foods. It’s based on this organizational capacity to make plan, develop products, find out the freshest raw materials, for the purposes of processing foods and marketing to the world.

Freshness & safety are very important in foods. We’ve tried our best to to obtain the best material sources under our experiences. Through our international network, we could get update information of the best catching & harvest season to provide the best quality at reasonable price.

Development function

One of our important work is the catching of market demands. For this purpose, we discuss and research the market periodically for products required. After many tests we have achieved the best products. This is evidence of the desire to seek delicacy and genuineness.

I. UNCOOKED PRODUCTS

 Fish paste (flying fish, sea bream(hireko), threadfin bream(itoyori), silver lizard fish(eso), cuttlefish, yellow pikeconger(kihamo))

1. Steam products

 

Imitation crab meat(matuba), cuttlefish ball, fish paste ball with minced cuttlefish(ikageso ball), skewered fish paste plate with vegetable(cuttlefish, shrimp)(minikushiten), clam shaped fish paste with minced clam(hamaguri sinjyo), cooked mushroom on fish paste base with shrimp(ebi jingasa), herring roe staffed squid(komochi ika), crab flavor burger(kani burger), white kamaboko(sirokama), red kamaboko(akakama), narutomaki(white & black), steamed fish paste ball with shrimp(squid and crab), flower designed fish paste column(kamaboko sakura), mountain designed fish paste column(kamaboko fuji), double happiness designed fish paste column(song hy), osech set, fish paste ball with tofu(tofu ebi shinjyo), imitation scallop with breadcrumbs(hotate non fly), shrimp shaped fish paste(tom mem), mushroom shaped fish paste(nam mem) and so on

 

2. Roast products

 

Roasted salmon(red rock fish, tile fish, Alaskan Pollack, smooth oreo dory etc) with soybean paste(miso), roasted fish wih soy sauce (yellow tail, sea bream(hireko), pacific saury(sanma), big eye(kinmedai),etc.) pine shape cuttlefish with say sauce(matukasa xi dau), etc. rolled and staffed pacific saury(sanma kenchin) etc.

 

3. Cooked products

 

Cooked mushroom with say sauce(shiitake umani), cooked halibut with ginger(karei nituke), cooked shrimp with say sauce(tsuyani), soy sauce cooked yellow tail with radish(buri daikon), cooked sliced squid with say sauce(ajituke ika), cooked pacific saury with soy sauce(sanma kanroni), cooked sea bream with soy sauce (tsubonuki) etc.

 

4. Fried products

 

Oden set, tempura with fish( shrimp, squid, crab etc), rolled fish paste with burdock(gobo maki), rolled fish paste with squid(ika maki), fried pacific saury with starch(sanma tatsuta age), fried scad with starch(aji tatsuta age), cod flitter, halibut flitter, fried imitation scallop with breadcrumbs(fried hotate), fried fish paste pall(age ball), rock shaped fish paste with minced squid(ika ganseki),
